Rental Rates

Rates include -electricity, water, heating and visitors tax (taxe de séjour) Bath towels, kitchen towels and bed linen- (Beds are made for your arrival). Heated swimming pool, regularly cleaned and checked at the expense of the owner.
A compulsory end of rental cleaning/laundry charge of 160 € is to be paid per gîte.
Booking deposit of 30 % pre-paid at time of booking ;  balance is to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
